In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Wallet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and procedures:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude qq338's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

qq338 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by qq338 support.
• Submission of forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent identity or payment documentation.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage activity, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Any attempt to defraud qq338 or its payment processing partners.
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or dispute from a Player's bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit transaction.
• A reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used in connection with money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or lawful instruction from a competent authority requiring restriction or closure of the Account.

Upon Account closure for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be held pending investigation and, where no fraudulent activity is substantiated, will be returned to the Player via the same payment channel used for deposits within a reasonable timeframe not exceeding thirty (30) business days.
